Soulful Pilates with Master Teacher Véronique Dumont is proud to offer Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training Program. The PSC program is an Internationally recognized program with a Cutting Edge Approach to Pilates Teacher Training.
PSC teaches a contemporary approach to the method developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s; one that preserves the essence of the original technique but incorporates today’s knowledge and principals. Small class sizes and high contact hours with review and anatomy provided.
Students will learn the Classical and Progressive approach to Pilates all in one program using a beautiful, organized photographic manual.
Our instructors are successful, sought after and return to us for continued workshops year after year.
This all-inclusive 450+ hour course includes:
- Pilates Mat
- Reformer
- Cadillac/Trapeze Table
- Wunda Chair
- Philosophy of Pilates
- Assessment and alignment protocol
- Anatomy
- Equipment safety course
- Programming for any level of client proficiency

Teacher Training Rates
Full 16 Week Course: $5,900.00 (minus $500 deposit) – all inclusive, no hidden fees!

- Fundamentals and Philosophy – $300
- Pilates Mat – $1,200 (Deposit of $100)
- Reformer – $2,400 (Deposit of $100)
- Cadillac – $1,200 (Deposit of $100)
- Chair – $1,200 (Deposit of $100)
- Barrels – $400 (deposit of $100) – taken separate as a workshop
Graduates of a Comprehensive Program that includes Barrels will the meet criteria for, and be prepared to take, the NPCT/ PMA Certification Exam™
OR Private Courses:
- $8,700 (Deposit of $500) – Choose your own schedule and get private tutoring with undivided attention through the course and work at your own pace to accomplish a Comprehensive or … Modular options, please inquire!
